Target host Salvation Army Back-to-School Shopping spree.

Target is right on the mark this August with a shopping spree benefitting Salvation Army youth across the nation, including 111 kids from the Portland-Metro area. On Tuesday, August 10, 2010, thousands of kids will get the chance to go shopping for new school supplies during the Target School Spree.

Every child will receive an $80 Target gift card – this equals a $960,000 commitment nationally for this shopping spree! All 4 Portland-Metro Salvation Army Corps have arranged with their local Target to bring in groups of nearly 30 children to their store to shop.
